Can I order flowers for delivery in Toronto from the United States?
Yes. Order online from anywhere in a few minutes. We design the arrangement the same day at our Avenue Road shop and hand-deliver it across Toronto and the GTA. You can also order by phone at (416) 488-8888 or by text at (647) 226-2727.
What time do I need to order by for same-day delivery?
Before 11:30 AM Eastern, Monday through Saturday. That is 10:30 AM Central, 9:30 AM Mountain or 8:30 AM Pacific. Same-day delivery is not available on Sundays. If you miss the cutoff, call us during business hours and we will do everything we can to make it happen.
Will I pay customs, duties or a delivery fee?
No. The flowers are designed and delivered inside Toronto, so nothing crosses the border and there are no customs or duties. Delivery across Toronto and the GTA is free, so the total you see at checkout is the total you pay.
What currency am I charged in?
Canadian dollars. Your card is charged in CAD, 13% HST is added at checkout, and your bank converts the total to US dollars at its own rate. Visitors from the US see an approximate US dollar figure beside each price as a guide only. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Can you deliver to a hospital, a funeral home or a shiva house?
Yes. We deliver to hospitals across Toronto, including Toronto General, Mount Sinai, Sunnybrook and St. Michael's, and to funeral homes, nursing homes and places of worship. For a hospital, give us the patient's full name, the room number and a phone number for the recipient, and our driver leaves the flowers at the desk for the ward. For a funeral service or a shiva, include the service time or the shiva dates in your order notes.
What happens if nobody is home?
Our driver calls the recipient to confirm the best place to leave the arrangement. If no one is available and the weather is not right for leaving flowers outside, we bring them back and try again at no extra charge. For apartments and condos, we coordinate with the concierge or front desk.
