Shipping policy

Delivery across Toronto and the GTA is free. For deliveries outside our local delivery area, a fee may apply; we will confirm it with you before your order is finalized.

Orders must be received before 11:30 a.m. in the recipient's time zone to ensure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.

We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.

We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays. Deliveries requested on this day will be delivered the following business day.

Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.

We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.

Substitutions

Flowers and vases are seasonal, and availability changes through the year. If an exact bloom or vessel is unavailable on the day of delivery, our designers will substitute with flowers and containers of equal or greater value, keeping your arrangement true to the style and colour palette you chose.

Holiday Deliveries

Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Easter, Thanksgiving and the Christmas and New Year season are our busiest times of the year. To secure your preferred delivery date, please order at least 1 day in advance, and about a week in advance for Valentine's Day and Mother's Day.

Our shop is closed on the following statutory holidays: New Year's Day, Family Day, Good Friday, Victoria Day, Canada Day, Labour Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and Boxing Day.
