At Garrett Florist, your happiness is everything to us.

We've been handcrafting arrangements for Toronto families since 1962, and we stand behind every bouquet that leaves our shop. If something isn't right, we'll make it right. It's that simple.

If you're unhappy with your order:

If your flowers arrive damaged, wilted, or not as described, please let us know within 24 hours of delivery. We'll either:

  • Send a fresh replacement the next day, or
  • Issue a full refund. Your choice.

Just reach out with a photo of the arrangement so we can see what went wrong and make sure it doesn't happen again.

How to contact us:

A few things to keep in mind:

  • Because flowers are perishable, we ask that you contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • A quick photo helps us resolve things faster (and helps our designers improve)
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days
  • If you simply changed your mind before delivery, give us a call and we'll do our best to accommodate
